Peppermint Cloud Matcha Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp Alias Matcha

• 175 Degree Water - I used my kettle to get the water to this temperature

• 1 pump peppermint syrup (Torani)

• 1 pump white chocolate syrup

• ~1 cup Fairlife milk

• A few ice cubes

• Crushed candy cane (for topping)

Instructions

  • Scoop out 2g of matcha and sift using the tablespoon and sifter over a bowl.

  • Add 175° water from the kettle until all the matcha is submerged in water. Then froth using an electric handheld frother for about a minute until the matcha is 'fluffy' looking.

  • Add the matcha and a cup of milk of your choice over ice and stir together.

  • Add the crushed candy cane on top of the drink.

  • Serve!
